2. Booking and Payments

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to your property to re-clean the specific area(s) to your satisfaction at no additional cost.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, SpotlessSolution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
